For torrent downloading yo will need a torrent downloader i recommend azureus which is a java product free to download just google it, the search for whatever you want to download in google i.e. vlad torrent and you have to open the torrent which will send it to your downloader.
Torrent downloaders can sometimes be very slow this is caused
by your router (if you have one)you need to folward 2 sets of ports for azureus cant remember which ones but yu can google that aswell hope this helps :D
