ok someone else has probly said this before but for retards like me its exellent you do not need a rapidshare premium account to download things with no limits i.e. (wait 10 mins for next download) al you have to do is change your wan ip here are a couple of methods for dsl isp's like mine just unplug your modem/router and plug back in (its that simple) for adsl isp's (cable) go to your run prompt and type cmd.exe and enter the following commands ipconfig /dnsflush, ipconfig /release, ipconfig /renew. Im not 100% sure about the adsl method but i know it has worked for me but not changing my ip adress because im dsl, hope this helps! :D
